These entrepreneur agents usually come from other industries and take the tools learned elsewhere and apply them to their real estate operations. A true real estate entrepreneur learns the business of real estate one of two ways: under the tutelage of another real estate professional or by the seat of their pants.
Somewhere around the third or fourth year of being a full time producing real estate agent, the true real estate entrepreneur has developed all the necessary knowledge and skills to list and sell homes and work with real estate buyers.
